Eva knows that the word that most people use to describe her is lesbian; but she is not. She lives in Mexico City with her grandmother and her brother, a trans boy who thinks Eva is like him; but she is not that either. Her father, a man obsessed with photographing the little animal life that remains in the town, continues to see Eva as a little girl; but she is no longer that. The social pressure to define herself will lead Eva to explore her gender and her sexuality until they stop having meaning. But just then an opportunity will arise.
